How to make a pizza with Ben Wilson – Accessible step by step recipe

Chef Ben Wilson presents his own cooking show: How to make a Pepperoni Pizza!

Ben is 16 and has Down Syndrome. Every Saturday, he attends Blossom PEP, Blossom Ireland skill based programme. The programme prepares young people with an intellectual disability for life after school. With the lock-down Blossom Ireland moved their services online and deliver their life-skill training remotely.

With support from dad Richie (Head Chef – Fire Steakhouse & Bar) and brother Jake, Ben made this cooking video and step by step tutorial to show his friends at Blossom Ireland how to make a Pepperoni Pizza at home!
